1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Zug Zug services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zug Zug services. By using the services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to agree to these terms.
3. Accounts and Discord access
Some features require signing in through Discord, belonging to a configured Discord community, or verifying an in-game character. You are responsible for your Discord account, linked characters, desktop access tokens, and activity performed through your account.
Do not share access tokens or attempt to claim a character you do not control. Tell a Zug Zug administrator promptly if you believe your account, character ownership, or access credentials have been compromised.
4. Community conduct
You may not use Zug Zug services to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or deliberately deceive another person.
- Post unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content.
- Disrupt the website, bots, game bridges, APIs, Discord communities, or other users.
- Probe, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls without authorization.
- Upload malware, steal credentials, evade moderation, or abuse verification systems.
- Use public game or community data for stalking, harassment, or targeted abuse.
5. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit, including posts, comments, guides, images, reactions, and related contributions. You grant Zug Zug a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the community services.
You must have the right to submit your content. Zug Zug may edit formatting, limit visibility, or remove content that violates these terms, community rules, third-party rights, or applicable law.
6. Game and community data
Zug Zug collects and displays game-related information such as character names, levels, classes, races, guilds, zones, roster status, raid activity, progression, population observations, auction information, verification state, and reputation totals. Some of this information is public and may remain available after a player leaves a guild or Discord community.
Game and community data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It is provided for community coordination and informational purposes, not as an authoritative game record.
7. Third-party services
Zug Zug integrates with or links to third-party services such as Discord, Google Analytics, GitHub, game servers, addon repositories, raid tools, and auction or armory services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. Zug Zug is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or conduct.
8. Moderation and termination
Zug Zug administrators may restrict features, remove content, revoke tokens, suspend accounts, unlink access, or terminate service access when reasonably necessary to enforce community rules, protect users, investigate abuse, or maintain service security. Community and game moderation decisions may be made independently of website account status.
9. Service availability
Services may change, experience outages, lose historical data, or be discontinued without notice. Zug Zug does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every client, or continued support for any realm, game server, bot, addon, or integration.
10. Disclaimers
Zug Zug is an independent, unofficial fan community. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Turtle WoW, ChromieCraft, or other games, servers, projects, or companies referenced by the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zug Zug and its administrators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost data, accounts, items, access, reputation, or opportunities; or harm caused by third-party services or other users.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without selecting a particular state or exclusive court. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not waived.
